Hey, it’s Jay. In case you’re wondering who I am, here’s a quick synopsis.
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and I also hold certificates as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Women’s Fitness Specialist.
Fitness and natural health have been life-long interests for me and at my core, I’m a teacher/student who loves learning about fitness, bio hacking, life extension modalities and natural health. Other pursuits include soccer, mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking and MMA.
In my “spare time”, I own and operate a real estate firm in Scottsdale, Arizona. Real estate has been my bread and butter for over 25 years and it’s a career I am very grateful for. That being said, I have an intense passion to help others–especially in the areas of health and fitness.
Since I’m not a doctor, I can only share what I’ve learned in the hopes that someone may find some useful info that can aid them in some small way. When I injured my back many years ago, I thought my life of sports and outdoor adventures was over–it was a really humbling and difficult time.
For many years I sold Natural Back Healing on both Amazon and my own site–the problem was that more and more people I knew began to ask for my ebook and I felt guilty selling it. Low-back pain can be crippling and despite all the hard work that went into my ebook, it felt like I was profiting on the back of someone else’s pain–no pun intended. So, I decided to offer my ebook for free.
My hope is that you’ll support my efforts by purchasing tools through this site to help with your low-back pain–there is no obligation, but it would help greatly:)
Thanks a bunch for taking time to learn more about me and for visiting my site.
